The heart is dead, the Tao is alive, and the mind is clear. If you become a saint, how can you get karma, disease. The human body is illusory, like a dream bubble. How can ordinary people really get sick? Therefore, going to work and medicine is to lead people to be extraordinary. The way of saints is called medical way. One medicine is the way to cure all diseases. 

The traditional Chinese medicine is based on the common people as the standard. Western medicine emphasizes science and technology, but traditional Chinese medicine is unscientific. The meaning of this sentence is to say that Chinese traditional medicine studies Qi in lower medicine and God in upper medicine. Whether God or qi, modern instruments and equipment can't detect it.
